Our cuisine has always been synonymous with simplicity and taste, and we model it after old, traditional Gardesana recipes. For our dishes, we aim to use fresh, seasonal produce, lake fish, local cheese and cold meats, without neglecting Italian and Mediterranean dishes featuring pasta, meat and vegetables. For those who choose half board treatment, dinner is served in the airy and welcoming dining room with a view of the lake. The menu is a choice of three courses, starters, first and second courses, an assorted vegetable buffet and, to finish, delicious homemade desserts. Treats that are likely to satisfy even the most discerning of palates, dressed with precious PDO Garda extra virgin olive oil and accompanied with the best local wines.
